OAKLAND — A 31-year-old man was charged with statutory rape and child sex abuse after an East Bay Regional Parks police officer allegedly caught him and a 15-year-old girl alone together in his parked car after sundown, court records show.Felipe Chajon, of Oakland, was charged with committing a lewd act upon a child younger than 16 and unlawful sex with a minor, both felonies.
