KYLE, Texas (KXAN) -- Is your name Kyle? Do you know anyone named Kyle? If so, get ready to gather 'round in Kyle, Texas. The city is hoping to break the Guinness World Record for the largest same-name gathering. So, if your name is Kyle and you've wanted to break a world record, your time to shine is Sunday, May 21. There just needs to be more than 2,325 Kyles in Kyle at 4 p.m. that day. The same-name record has been held since 2017 by Kupreski Kosci in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a total of 2,325 participants named Ivan. Unique Guinness World Records done by Texans in Texas The gathering will be held at Lake Kyle Park the last day of the Kyle Fair, and it'll be the city's fourth attempt at the record. SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- At around 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, Schenectady Police responded to a report of an assault. Police located a male bleeding from the head in the area of State and Jay Streets. (NEWS10) - In May, the city of Glens Falls will be cracking open fire hydrants for flushing, to get sediment and other particles out of systems and make sure everything is working properly. ST. LOUIS -- A man was shot at a south St. Louis gas station parking lot Sunday evening. He ran inside the convenience store for help before collapsing. He was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.Police were called to investigate the shooting in the 3200 block of South Jefferson at around 7:45 p.m. Sunday. They found the 31-year-old victim inside the store, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was unable to describe what happened because of his injuries.Homicide detectives are now handling this case. LOUIS - One man remains hospitalized after being shot by St. Louis police and falling from a second-floor window during a domestic disturbance call.According to Evita Caldwell, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident began around 11:20 p.m. Sunday at a home in the 6800 block of Balson Avenue, located in the Ellendale neighborhood.Officers were initially called to the residence for a domestic dispute. ST. LOUIS -- A food delivery driver was a carjacking victim in Downtown St. Louis Sunday. Police say that a suspect threw her dog out of her car's window before driving away.The 42-year-old victim was walking back to her running 2020 Dodge Charger at around 9:45 p.m. Sunday. It was parked along the curb in the 1900 block of Washington Avenue. A white four-door sedan with four men in it pulled next to her vehicle. ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office charged a 20-year-old man in connection with a road rage shooting over the weekend.According to Sgt. Charles Wall, a spokesman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened Saturday around 5:35 p.m. at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Mott Street, located in the Carondelet neighborhood.The victim, a 27-year-old man, told police he was driving north on Michigan when a red Chrysler 200 cut him off. KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City 16-year-old has been released from the hospital four days after he was shot by a homeowner, family says. Paul Yarl confirmed to FOX4 that his son Ralph Yarl is out of the hospital Monday and on the road to recovery.Ralph was shot Thursday night by a Clay County homeowner after accidentally going to the wrong home to pick up his siblings. Kansas City police said just before 10 p.m. April 13, Ralph was picking up his younger siblings at a home on N.E. 115th Terrace when he mistakenly went to a house on N.E. 115th Street. Starbucks locations in Colorado are going BYOC – as in “bring your own cup.”The coffee company is currently running a pilot program at 192 locations in the Centennial State where customers can bring their own personal cups that baristas will use to fill their orders.Historically, Starbucks has allowed customers to bring reusable cups with the company’s branding to be filled, but during this test period, it will allow any cup or mug.
