More victims in Danville murder-suicide identified (KRON) -- Two children who died in a suspected murder-suicide in Danville last week have been identified. Evelyn Isailovic, 13, and her sister Amelia Isailovic, 11, both died in the incident, according to a GoFundMe established to assist their family.An adult who also died in the incident was previously identified as 44-year-old Nemanja Isailovic, of Danville. Pacifica PD officers responded at around 2:41 p.m. Sunday to the Linda Mar parking lot of 495 Linda Mar Boulevard to a reported parking dispute involving a firearm. Video captures mob of robbers swarming Nordstrom in Los Angeles mall An officer arrived on the scene and made contact with the person who called in the incident. A description of the suspect and the vehicle involved was given to the officer, police said. After conducting an extensive search of the area, officers located the suspect vehicle parked on the 100 block of Rockaway Beach Avenue. Felon with 'ugly life' sentenced for DUI Sonoma County crash (KRON) -- A man who boasted to police that he lives an "ugly life," and he enjoys it, was sentenced to serve over two decades in prison for a DUI crash, prosecutors said Monday.Sonoma County District Attorney Carla Rodriguez said, "This defendant has lived his entire adult life committing serious criminal offenses, and simply put, the community is safer with him incarcerated."Jose Angel Mendez Torres, 36, of Watsonville, was handed a maximum prison sentence on Friday by Judge Mark Urioste. He was sentenced to serve more than 24 years in state prison.During Torres' trial in June, a jury found the felon guilty of robbery, commercial burglary, Driving Under the Influence of a drug causing great bodily injury, fleeing a police officer, and possession of tear gas. On Aug. 8, Yuma County on the Eastern Plains recorded over 2 inches of rain and two tornados. 1 dead, another critically injured after falling 300 feet at RMNP As of Monday, that storm also produced what is unofficially the largest hailstone in state history with a 5.25-inch piece of hail landing near Idalia. A storm chaser that was near Idalia along U.S. 36 during the storm found the hailstone that measured over 5 inches in diameter. The measurements of the stone indicate that it will likely be the new record with diameter and length but not weight and volume. Police officer hospitalized after crash in Miami A police officer was hospitalized following a crash in Miami. Miami Police and Miami Fire Rescue arrived at the scene in the area of Northwest First Court and 13th Street, Monday afternoon. 7Skyforce hovered over the scene where two vehicles were damaged in the crash. The officer was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital. A second person was also transported to the hospital for treatment.
