Man found fatally shot inside vehicle after armed robbery on South Side: police On Wednesday, the Downers Grove Police Department were able to locate Daurham outside of his apartment. Thaddeus Planas-Dove, 24, was charged with second-degree murder following an investigation by the Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigation Unit.
